When will it be shipped?

We will ship your order within 7 days of receiving the order confirmation email. If you do not specify an arrival date, we will ship the item as soon as it is ready. Usually, it will be shipped 3-4 days after the order. *If you place an order after the last day of delivery for the New Year and New Year holidays and do not specify a desired delivery date, we will send you an email with the expected shipping date.
Can I specify a delivery date?

Yes, you can. You can select the desired delivery date when placing your order. If you do not specify a desired delivery date, we will select the earliest possible arrival date and ship the item.
Can you ship overseas?

Yes, that is possible. Please contact us separately.
Is "leave at door" possible?

Sorry, we do not offer drop-off service.
